CONCEPT OF SAFETIER
In the late 1970’s, skin disorder melasma resulted from cosmetics became a social problem and many women were affected.
The founder (now the chairman) Masuda heard about the problem and created SAFETIER (safe and secure) in 1991 with the hope of making cosmetics that are truly safe for skin and making everyone’s skin beautiful.

Esthetic Cleansing
Features of liquid crystal cleansing gel ~ Remove even permanent marker stains! Amazing cleansing power!
This cleansing gel is created mainly combining naturally derived and anti-aging ingredients and to achieve esthetic salon-like luxurious care at home. The cleansing gel is made to melt and turn into oil only with the temperature of the hand and body.
Liquid crystal gel is not often manufactured at other cosmetic companies factories since it is unstable and easily affected by temperature and moisture. The reason why we still stick to liquid crystal gel is “its excellent cleansing power” and “to reduce burden on the skin”. Since naturally derived oil (jojoba seed oil, squalane) is used, it may get hard in winter and slightly soft in summer.
How to Use
Make sure your face and hands are dry, take the cleansing gel on your hands and gently apply on your face. When the gel gets watery, give a gentle massage and wash away while emulsifying it with lukewarm water. Amount of application: about 4cm

Bubble Mask Washing Foam
Features of Washing Foam ~ Weak acid washing foam that is gentle to the skin and gives less tight feeling after washing!
This washing foam is made from amino acid and coconut oil. It contains weak acid which is gentle to the skin and characterized by its creamy foam. Put the fine bubbles on your skin and leave it for about 1 minute. 12 kinds of beauty ingredients nourish and moisturize the skin leaving the necessary oil in skin. It gives less tight feeling after washing.
Same as the cleansing gel, it richly contains naturally derived ingredients that have anti-aging effects. Since naturally derived oil (jojoba seed oil, squalane) is used, it may get hard in winter and slightly soft in summer.
How to Use
Make foam with a foaming net etc. and put it on your face. Leave it for about 1 minute and rinse with water. Amount per application: about 3-4cm

SAFETIER Pure Oil
Features of pure oil ~ Naturally derived oil prevents dry skin!
The oil treats general skin problems such as dryness and loss of firmness.
This non-greasy and fast-absorbing oil is recommended for moisturizing the skin and hair. It can also be used for face massage and as oil mask.
It contains plant-derived oil such as jojoba seed oil, squalane, and ceramide etc
How to Use
Take a few drops on the palm, and apply it on the entire face. You can add the gel lotion according to your skin condition. Amount per application: 3 to 4 pushes
Main Ingredients (6kinds of oil ingredients)
- Squalane – Oil stabilized (made less likely to be oxidized) by chemically adding hydrogen to squalane, the main constituent of oil obtained from the livers of deep-sea sharks. It has the same nature as the substances made in the human body and a high affinity for the skin. It is not greasy since the particles are very fine.
- Jojoba seed oil – It is a gold-colored oil obtained from the seed of jojoba plant. It contains “wax ester” that is also found in the human body, and has great barrier finction that can keep moisture inside.
- Soybean oil – Light yellow-colored oil obtained from soybean seeds. It contains 43%-56% linoleic acid (fatty acid essential for human). When it is externally applied to the skin, it relieves irritation, protects the skin surface and prevents drying.
SAFETIER Clear Rich Cream
Features of Clear Rich Cream ~ Beauty cream specifically designed to whiten the skin!
A fats-absorbing light beauty cream that contains[APPS], is specifically designed to whiten skin, and makes the skin bright and clear. Oil based vitamin, which is sustainable vitamin C has a downside that it cannot produce immediate effects.
Ascorbyl Palmitate Phosphate 3Na is added to the Clear Rich Cream. Its permeability is said to be 100times that of a water-soluble vitamin which has a strong immediate effect. - Ashitaba (Angelica Keiskei) extract – It has high ability to stimulate cellular activity and moisturize the skin. It also enhances functions of skin cells by promoting skin metabolism, and makes the skin healthy and maintain it. It is also said to have whitening effect.
- Sake lees extract – It contains dozens kinds of amino acids and nucleic acids, as well as proteins and vitamins. It makes the skin white and plump by stimulating the production of collagen and inhibiting the production of melanin.
SAFETIER VC12
Features of VC12 ~ High concentration of 12% Vitamin C! All-purpose whitening beauty serum!
Water-soluble vitamin C derivative was considered to be difficult to stabilize since it is quickly oxidized when exposed to air. However, it is now possible to use fresh water- soluble vitamin C anytime by using a vacuum container that prevents deterioration of vitamin C. Water-soluble vitamin C, which has high antioxidant activity, works quickly and the effect on the skin is easily seen.
Glucosyl hesperidin (vitamin P) helps the action of vitamin C and increases the effect of vitamin C by 150%. In addition, hyaluronic acid creates a synergistic effect and promotes collagen production.

Main Ingredients
- Ascorbyl Phosphate Na (Vitamin C derivative) – It has a high conversion rate of vitamin C on skin cells and penetrates well into the skin. SAFETIER CLG (Collagen Gel) Anti-wrinkle moisturizing beauty serum
Features of CLG ~ Needle-free collagen injection! Anti-aging beauty gel!
It contains synthetic collagen of low-molecular weight palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, which is called micro collagen. - Palmitoyl pentapeptide-4 – A peptide component created by binding amino acids. - Chondroitin sulfate Na – Mucopolysaccharide extracted from catilages of mammals or fish, and is used for moisturizing purpose. It has functions such as regulating integrity of protein, especially collagen fiber. It moisturizes the skin and gives a smooth feeling.
SAFETIER UV Cream
Features of UV Cream ~ A skin friendly UV Cream that contains plenty of beauty ingredients, whitens and moisturizes the skin!
A UV Cream that contains plenty of beauty ingredients and is especially designed to whiten and moisturize the skin. Ultraviolet scatterers which are kind to the skin are used, instead of ultraviolet absorbers which may irritate the skin. It does not come off with sweat as it is super water repellent.
It is SPF23 PA++ against ultraviolet rays.
How to Use
Take it on the palm and apply on the entire face. Amount per application: 0.5 to 1 push
Main Ingredients

- Dioscorea villosa root extract (Wild yam extract) – DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone) contained in this extract is also called “hormone of youth” and has the effect to regain youth of skin cells. It is collected from plants that grow naturally in North and Latin America and Asia, and has been receiving attention as safe and highly affective anti-aging ingredient.
Unlike ultraviolet scatterer which scatters and bounces ultaviolet rays like mirrors, ultraviolet absorber, which is prone to chemical reaction by heat, is generally irritating to the skin and can cause skin problems.
SAFETIER UV cream contains oxidized titanium and scatters and cuts off ultraviolet rays.
SAFETIER CO2 Pack
Features of CO2 Pack (Carbonated mask) ~ 60 minutes of carbonation, Carbonated mask that can be peeled off!
It is a carbonated mask that can be peeled off and is prescribed for the first time in Japan. The mask(our company product), of which the carbon dioxide absorption capacity is 10 times higher than any conventional products, works directly to the deep layer of the skin. It makes the skin clear and firm, and the face will be slimmed down.
Continuing the treatment will make the skin lively and glowing.
How to Use
- Extract the content of the larger packet and the smaller packet into the container.
- Mix it well using the spatula (for 1 minute)
- Spread the mixed gel to the entire face using the spatula.
